As an approved PATH TA Marketplace vendor PHIL can be paid by the state to deliver practical support for your team and its work in three critical areas:

How to Work With Us
Confirm Eligibility
You’re likely eligible if your organization delivers or plans to deliver Enhanced Care Management (ECM) or Community Supports and is working with a Medi-Cal Managed Care Plan. Check out the full eligibility criteria.
Apply via the PATH TA Marketplace
Visit the PATH TA Marketplace to apply. Once approved, you’ll gain access to the vendor portal.
Choose PHIL as Your TA Partner
Once your eligibility is confirmed to receive TA through the Marketplace, select PHIL in the TA Marketplace portal as your preferred vendor
Let’s Get to Work
Together, we will scope how PHIL can best support your efforts so PHIL can submit the TA Marketplace required Scope of Work and budget documentation. Once approved, we will begin implementation with you.
