Improving Population Health Through Multisector Collaboration: A Three-Part Series

Register for our free, three-part series sharing discoveries about aligning systems from working with Accountable Communities of/for Health (ACHs) in California and Washington.

Join the Population Health Innovation Lab (PHIL), a program of the Public Health Institute, on a journey to explore our most impactful lessons learned about aligning systems for health through multisector collaboration. In this three-part series, the PHIL team, joined by community practitioners, will share discoveries about aligning systems from working with Accountable Communities of/for Health (ACHs) in California and Washington. This learning series is meant for those who want to understand impactful strategies for multisector collaboration, hear stories and see examples from communities, and explore aligning ideas in depth.

To start off the series, we will present the three most impactful approaches for aligning systems for health identified through PHIL’s extensive research. These approaches will be further explored in a series of six briefs that PHIL will highlight during the event and release publicly prior to the session. Next, PHIL will host a panel discussion with ACH leaders who will share their stories, provide real-life examples, and answer your questions about aligning systems for health. Finally, we will guide you through our carefully curated collection of resources–including stories, statistics, quotes, examples, definitions, ideas, reports, videos, and articles, all focused on the topic of multisector collaboration for improved population health.
