2025 PHIL Up Your Cup Series
PHIL Up Your Cup is Back!
PHIL is excited to bring you back for another PHIL Up Your Cup event–this time focused on the value of mapping assets and networks! On Wednesday, August 20, join PHIL staff and colleagues from around the nation as we explore how asset and network maps can help teams to see what’s sometimes hidden when going about business as usual.
The August 20 session will focus on the basics. We’ll chat about assets (i.e., things like people, programs, and trust) and networks (i.e., things like referrals, influence, and resource flows). Through interactive discussion and real-time reflection, we will collectively surface underused assets in our communities and make meaningful connections while doing so.
This practical, people-centered event will also set the stage for our September 3 PHIL Up Your Cup event where we’ll chat more about how to use asset and network maps for strategizing.
What’s PHIL Up Your Cup?
After a successful 2024 pilot that reached people in 34 states and 3 countries, PHIL Up Your Cup returns as a permanent virtual series under the PHIL Collective for those working in health-focused collaborative partnerships. Whether you’re new or returning, this is your casual, cozy space to stir up fresh ideas, pour over knowledge, steep yourself in meaningful conversations, and continue building the right blend of connections to help you advance health, well-being, and equity, usually in less than 45 minutes!
Why Join?

It’s where you can relax, recharge, and get inspired by others working toward the same goals—without the pressure.
