2025 PHIL Up Your Cup Series

PHIL Up Your Cup is Back!

Join Sue Grinnell, Director of the Population Health Innovation Lab, and Meg Buzzi, a systems change artist specializing in organizational transformation, for a free 30-minute virtual gathering series for health-focused collaborative partnerships. Our first session will be on Wednesday, March 5th, 2025, from 12:00 – 12:30 pm PDT. During this PHIL Up Your cup we will focus on the practice of Offers and Needs. The Offers and Needs market is a guided process where people meet to identify and exchange passions, knowledge, skills, resources, opportunities, and needs. It is a way to connect, express offers and needs, and begin conversations with interesting people.

What’s PHIL Up Your Cup?

After a successful 2024 pilot that reached people in 34 states  and 3 countries, PHIL Up Your Cup returns as a permanent virtual series under the PHIL Collective for those working in health-focused collaborative partnerships. Whether you’re new or returning, this is your casual, cozy space to stir up fresh ideas, pour over knowledge, steep yourself in meaningful conversations, and continue building the right blend of connections to help you advance health, well-being, and equity, usually in less than 45 minutes!

Why Join?

PHIL Up Your Cup is a virtual “third place” for candid conversations and knowledge-sharing. It’s where you can relax, recharge, and get inspired by others working toward the same goals—without the pressure.
