THREADS 2026 Behavioral Health Bridge Housing Collaborative Symposium | Call for Presenters & Papers

The Sonoma County Department of Health Services (DHS) is hosting its second statewide Behavioral Health Bridge Housing Collaborative symposium, November 16-18, 2026, in Santa Rosa, California. The symposium focuses on advancing systems improvement for unhoused individuals with serious mental illness and/or substance use disorder, and this year’s event will highlight practical strategies, cross-system collaboration, and innovative models communities can apply locally. To solicit speakers and input from around the state, DHS has released a call for presenters and papers. Submit your idea by completing the online form 2026 THREADS Papers and Proposals Submission Form, or by completing the PDF application today.
